Location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The room was extremely small, making it tight for comfort.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location. Walking distance to major attractions like Fenway Park and Boston Common. The rooms were comfortable with glorious pillows and plenty of light. Staff was generally friendly, especially the concierges who helped plan a fantastic day trip. the check-in experience was disappointing; Parking fees were exorbitant. Issues with cleanliness were concerning—how does one find a dirty toilet in a hotel room? Housekeeping must improve on attention to detail. For the price, great location and comforts are a plus, but consistent service is necessary for a fulfilling experience. Returning? Only with improvements made.

The lobby is beautifully decorated, creating a great first impression. Our room was too small and lacked storage space, which made it hard to stay organized.

Staying here was a treat since it is just a short stroll from the Boston Commons and a bunch of must-see places including Faneuil Hall Marketplace, the New England Aquarium, and the historic Freedom Trail, making it super easy to soak in the city's vibe, with clean facilities and friendly staff adding to the experience; just a heads up, the rooms feel a bit outdated and could use more storage space, but the awesome location totally makes up for that.

The room was small and cramped, making navigation difficult, especially with large suitcases. The bed was comfortable and linens were clean, but the bathroom was poorly designed, with the toilet awkwardly positioned next to the shower. Noise levels were disruptive; I could hear guests in the hallway easily. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room at a pleasant level. Unfortunately, the smoke detector chirped multiple times during our stay, impacting our sleep. breakfast was minimal and overpriced; we should have opted for alternatives. the room lacked the expected quality for the price.

Steps from the Green Line, making exploring easy. The room was charming but quite cramped, and the amenities were basic. Pillows were heavenly, though! Staff at reception could smile more; they seemed rushed. Breakfast lines were long, and offerings were underwhelming. Loved the nearby parks and access to restaurants, but with a hefty price tag sans extras, it felt like a splurge for just a cozy bed. A kettle was available upon request, which was a nice touch. Perhaps it’s better suited for shorter stops rather than extended stays if you're packing a lot of luggage.

Man, the noise was unreal. I thought I’d escape the city hustle, but the street chatter kept me awake all night. Even heard my neighbor’s Siri conversations! Seriously, pack some earplugs if you plan to stay here.

Great location, just a hop, skip, and a jump from popular attractions. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud, and the shower was a spa-like experience every morning. The staff was always ready with a smile, and the breakfast spread was a feast fit for a king.
The walls seemed thinner than a wafer cookie, as every whisper from the next room felt like it was right in my ear.

The location makes it easy to explore the area. The breakfast buffet is a feast and definitely hits the spot!
The staff disorganization really can’t be ignored.

The room we stayed in was cozy and had a comfortable bed, but we did encounter a few issues that impacted our experience. One of the drawbacks we noticed was the lack of ironing facilities in the room. It would have been convenient to have access to an iron and ironing board to freshen up our clothes. the heating and air conditioning in the room seemed a bit outdated, and we had some difficulty adjusting the temperature to our liking. We were also disappointed to find that there were no tea and coffee facilities or a mini-bar in the room. It would have been nice to have these amenities available for a quick drink or snack. the absence of a sitting area or a dining table made it challenging for us to relax and enjoy a meal in the room. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel did offer soundproofed rooms, but unfortunately, we still experienced noise disturbances from neighboring guests. This affected our sleep quality and overall comfort during our stay. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The valet parking service was convenient, although we did encounter some difficulty finding the valet spot at night. The tours and ticket assistance provided by the hotel was helpful in planning our itinerary. while the Hilton Boston has its strengths, such as cleanliness and a great location, there are areas that could be improved. Having better room amenities and addressing noise issues would make for a more enjoyable stay.

The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a long weekend. The staff was friendly and quick to help with our requests.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but it's still reasonable given the location.

This place is in a prime spot near Newbury St and Boston Public Garden, super safe for solo wanderers too. Staff was awesome, especially with my son's birthday! They even brought a fridge to our room. Just a heads up, the shower was tiny, like really tiny, so that might be tricky for taller folks.

Had a lit time with my friends hitting up Topgolf Swing Suite and Lynx Fitness Club nearby! So convenient, we were ballin' at the facility and then flexing at the gym. Epic vibe and mad fun to be had!
Wish the hotel had a dope rooftop bar for us young party animals to keep the night poppin' after a day of adventures in the city! .

Got to check in early and had a smooth valet parking experience. The hotel is close to Boston Common and Downtown. The twin room had a nice city view and comfy beds. Enjoyed the historic décor and cozy Irish pub on-site.
Room was tiny for the price. Front desk staff seemed disinterested.

Our family had a blast at Lynx Fitness Club's Topgolf Swing Suite - the ultimate spot for a fun family day out! Conveniently located, we enjoyed interactive golf games and a unique experience together.
My wife says that more kid-friendly activities would enhance the family experience.

stayed at hilton in an exceptional hotel next to the park. the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the staff, from the reception to the cleaners, were friendly and helpful. breakfast at the hotel bar was delicious, and there's a starbucks on-site. the fitness center, with peloton bikes, is spectacular, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants within a short walk.
Not obvious to find 🧐

the hilton was clean and well-located - right beside the public gardens and the subway line. the staff were super helpful and polite, and i even found street parking for my friends. totally enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.
Would be happy to recommend.

The lobby restaurant and bar were beautifully decorated and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room's insulation and noise from neighboring rooms were quite bothersome. Despite this, our check-in experience was smooth, thanks to the helpful staff. I'll recommend this hotel.

Staying at this hotel was a breeze with its prime location right off the T subway. The staff even arranged a Town Car for our airport transfer, making our exit hassle-free. The room itself was a delight, with a comfortable bed, well-maintained fixtures, and outstanding soundproofing. Being a disabled guest, I appreciated the wheelchair access and amenities like free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. a quality stay in the heart of Boston.
Room in need of renovation, with worn-out features and a few cleanliness issues.
